Wanship Transportation, Utah’s leader in LTL freight, delivered more than 1,400 pound of food to Bountiful Food Pantry in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
“We’re always grateful for Wanship Transportation and the generous donations we receive from them this time of year,” said Dustin Richins, food operations director. “They’ve been supporting us for a long time.”
The food and monetary donations come from Wanship’s generous employees, as well as the owner, Dallas Peery.
“It’s always nice to help those who are struggling, especially at this time of year,” Peery said.
The Bountiful Food Pantry expects to help more than 3,000 families in the Davis County area, according to Richins.
“It wouldn’t be possible without the support of great people like the employees of Wanship.”
